Form 6.0 has 25 students.  Under the careful guidance of Mr. Sweeney these boys can reach both their academic and sporting potential. We will endeavour to carry out the learning processes contained in the curriculum in a friendly, child-centered environment, allowing each student to reach their own particular goals. 6th Class boys are expected to display some independence in their organization of school life.

Winter Term


Monday – Rugby after school from 2.30pm – 3.45pm (any rugby jersey, shorts and socks).

Tuesday – Tennis at 7.50am – 8.50am (school tracksuit, white polo shirt)

Wednesday – PE lesson in school (school tracksuit, white polo shirt)

Saturday – Rugby at 9.00am in Kenilworth Square (St.Mary’s jersey, white shorts, blue/white socks)

Don’t forget your gumshield and water for all training and rugby sessions and matches.

November 25th Friday. Cake Sale in aid of St.Vincent de Paul Society.Staff-Meeting : boys go home at 1 p.m.

November 26th Saturday. Junior School Christmas Fair in the Fr. Barry Hall.

December 5th to 9th. 6th Class Exam Week.

February/March;  Lighthouse Programme led by Transition Year leaders.

February 17th. 11.15a.m, Confirmation Service of Light in the college chapel. At least one parent to attend, bringing a white candle. Boys go home after the service. Staff meeting day.
